Delivery Information
UK Delivery
Crepslocker offers shipping worldwide on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding bank and national holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We are unable to amend the delivery, payment and any other information such as colour, size and the number of items once an order has been shipped.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day.
All orders will require a signature & pin code on delivery, our courier DPD is unable to leave your order in a safe place.
We will make two delivery attempts for your package. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In the event of a return, a supplementary delivery fee may be applied for the redelivery of the item.
International Orders
All international orders will be shipped using DHL Express or UPS.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.

Click & Collect
You may collect your order from our store, please select the 'Pick up in store' option when checking out.
If collecting from store, you will be required to show the following:
The confirmation email sent by us, an official government ID (passport or drivers licence) and original payment card used for the order. Further documentation will need to be signed in-store.
