This is my second time ordering through Crepslocker and I ordered a pair of trainers, unaware I accidentally put the incorrect delivery option, I spoke with Natasha via the customer support email and within a couple of hours Natasha got back to me explaining that she had arranged change of del so they could make it for my partners birthday! I am so very grateful for this and the customer service I have received has been wonderful. I could not be more pleased!
