The Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Shadow" Is Launching This Year

Published: by Jack Aldrich

First launched way back in 1985 as an OG Air Jordan 1 colourway, the “Shadow” iteration of Michael Jordan’s most famous silhouette is still regarded as a classic today. Last seen back in 2018 via a re-release of the original high-top pair, the model is set to arrive once again for 2024 in a brand-new iteration. The neat black and grey colourway is painted upon the popular Air Jordan 1 Low OG silhouette this time around, offering a fresh perspective on the classic. Crafted entirely from supple leather, the kicks boast familiar features such as Nike Swoosh logos, Nike Air branding at the tongues and a perforated toe box for improved airflow.

Sat atop of an Air-cushioned midsole, the sneakers are no doubt going to appeal to sneakerheads around the world, with the “Shadow” colourway being easily one of the most versatile Jordan looks of all time. As it stands, there’s no official release details for the colourway in question, although multiple sources are claiming that the pair is set to drop in May.
