We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will contribute to the store’s success by exceeding sales targets, maximising the use of in-store tools, and working collaboratively as an integral member of our high-performing team. Job Description

You will be working as a sales assistant on the sales floor aswell as in the stockroom to deliver excellent customer service to all Crepslocker customers in our store in Manchester, King Street. 2 years experience in retail sales preferred, with an excellent track record as a high performing salesperson. You will naturally have a passion for sneakers, clothing and good knowledge of the market! We will pick up the rest on training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including VIPs, ensuring they look forward to returning both in-store and online. Building relationships is at the heart of what we do!
  
  
• Collaborate with your colleagues on the sales floor, fostering a team-oriented, family-like environment.
  
  
• Fulfil click & collect and online orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  
  
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including running shoes, taking direction from management, and helping with the smooth running of the store.
  
  
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including general cleaning, tidying, replenishment, and merchandising.
  
  
• Tackle problems with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
  
  
• Always act as a brand ambassador for Crepslocker, embodying our brand values and culture.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Flexibility to work between 0 to 37 hours per week, with availability on both weekdays and weekends.
  
  
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a retail environment with a strong track record as a high-performing salesperson.
  
  
• A genuine passion for sneakers, luxury and streetwear fashion.
  
  
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  
  
• You must be confident and comfortable speaking on camera, able to engage naturally and professionally with audiences. This may include appearing on our social platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
