Yeezy Boost 450

Kanye West has always been renowned for cooking up crazy-looking sneaker silhouettes, with the Yeezy 450 being absolutely no exception to that rule. A sneaker that was arguably ahead of its time, the pair was first teased back in 2018, although we didn’t see a release until almost three years later, when the kicks debuted in 2021 in “Cloud White”. The pair offers up a head-turning design that consists of a sock-like knitted upper that sits upon an exaggerated midsole unit crafted from EVA foam. 

Sporting a minimalistic lacing system, we’ve seen the sneakers launch in colourways such as “Dark Slate”, “Utility Black” and “Resin”. While not the most popular of all Yeezy silhouettes, it’s hard to ignore the sheer design charm behind this model, with the concept created by Steven Smith, the man behind plenty of other legendary sneaker silhouettes that have graced the market over the years.
